Order processing

If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2–3 days after payment is received.

If the item is not in stock, the processing time depends on the quantity ordered — please contact us for more information.

Items are shipped via a reliable delivery service (e.g., Pošta Slovenije, GLS, or DPD).

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Personal pickup in Ljubljana is also possible by prior arrangement.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns of custom or personalized items are not accepted unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

We will refund your payment within 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
